The Toolbox screen allows you to configure your categories.

 

Music Toolbox

Any category displayed here will be available in the Anvil screen, as long as it contains files.

If you want to hide categories from the Anvil screen, tap the Anvil icon.

  You can tap the “+” button to add a new category.

 

Enter the category name.

By default the category will shuffle the tracks. Tapping the Shuffle icon will enable the “Single file loop” mode, in which case a random file will play in loop mode.

When switching the music category, a cymbal transition will be played for a more epic feeling. This is more suitable for battle and epic music. The transition can be disabled using the Transitions button.

The Minimum / Maximum pause time is used to add a random pause between tracks.

Tap the “folder” icon to select an icon. There are multiple icon packs to choose from.

 

Tap the grey circle to select a color.

Tap “Pause between tracks” to add a random pause between each track.

Add files to a category

Tap the category you want to add files to.

Tap the “+” button.

Select the file(s) you want to add, tap “Select”. The files will be added to the category.

Record a sound

Inside a category, tap the microphone icon.

The recording starts immediately. Tap the “Save” button.

The file editor screen opens and plays the recorded sound immediately.

You can trim the file with the sliders and rename it. Tap “Save”. The new audio file is ready to be used when that category plays.

File edit

You can preview and edit a file by tapping it. In this screen, you can trim the file and rename it.

Note that you can edit any file, even from our audio packs. If you want to restore a file, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the pack from the store.

 

File actions

You can see the actions available to a file with the three-button menu on the right of the item.

You can long press a file to select multiple files to move or delete them.
