End User License Agreement (EULA) for Audio Forge

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Audio Forge (“Application”), developed and managed by Slashpaf (“Company”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Application.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for personal use, tabletop gaming, online play, streaming, and related content creation strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of the Company or its affiliates, partners, and licensors.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy audio packs (“Content”). These in-app purchases are not mandatory for operation of the Application but allow for enhanced functionality.

5. Use of Content

  • The Content available for purchase within the Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content within the confines of the Application.
  • The Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, extracted, or used as a standalone audio library outside of the Application.
  • Audio content bundled with Audio Forge or purchased through Audio Forge may be used with Audio Forge features, including playback, local sessions, recordings, online games, video calls, streaming, and Audio Forge Rooms or similar broadcast features, provided that the Content remains part of your use of the Application and is not redistributed as standalone content.
  • The license above applies only to Content bundled with Audio Forge or purchased through Audio Forge. If you import your own audio files or other third-party content into the Application, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to play, stream, broadcast, or otherwise share that content.

6. Rooms, Broadcasts, and Shared Listening

Audio Forge may include features that let you share audio from the Application with other people, including through temporary room links, local network links, or remote relay servers (“Broadcast Features”).

You agree that:

  • You will only use Broadcast Features to share audio that you are legally allowed to share.
  • You will not use Broadcast Features to stream, relay, or distribute pirated, infringing, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
  • You are responsible for the people with whom you share room links, passwords, or other access information.
  • Room links and passwords are intended for private sharing, but the Company cannot guarantee that a link or password shared by you will remain confidential.
  • Broadcast Features may be rate limited, region routed, degraded, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for security, reliability, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.

The Company does not pre-screen user-imported audio and is not responsible for content that users choose to import, play, stream, broadcast, or share through the Application. The Company may suspend or terminate rooms, Broadcast Features, accounts, or access to the service if it believes that this Agreement has been violated or that the service is being abused.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that Audio Forge or a user of Audio Forge is infringing your copyright, please contact us at contact@slashpaf.com with enough information to identify the allegedly infringing content, the room or account involved if known, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.

The Company may remove access to content, disable rooms, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action in response to copyright complaints or repeat infringement.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application and Content, including but not limited to design, graphics, functionality, and documentation, are owned or legally licensed by the Company. This Agreement does not transfer from the Company to you any Company or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain solely with the Company.

9. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Amendments to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
